The fifth edition of the Automotive Chiplet Forum (ACF) will take place at Arm in Cambridge, UK. This exclusive event will unite leaders from across the automotive and semiconductor industries, with participants from leading OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, IDMs, foundries, software companies, and more, gathering to tackle the challenges of automotive chiplets.
The transition to chiplet-based architectures is accelerating, with the first chiplet products expected by 2029 or 2030. This shift promises to transform the semiconductor industry by enabling greater customization, flexibility, and integration of specialized components, improving performance, reducing costs, and speeding time to market.
This edition, attendees will hear the first high-level architecture updates from imec’s Automotive Chiplet Program (ACP). As a platform for industry leaders and innovators to collaborate, attendees will be able to share insights, ensure industry alignment and stay informed about the evolving technologies and key partners shaping the future of chiplet-based architectures.
In addition to the latest advancements and breakthroughs in chiplet technology, key industry leaders will share their expertise and give updates on recent developments in the sector.
